Ate here one busy Sunday evening. No outside tables available so we went inside where there was plenty of space. Within 1/2hr these had filled up also.
Ordered drinks and food at the same time. Starters were delivered within 20 minutes but we had to ask for them to bring our bottle of wine over.
Charcuterie selection was very good and very filling.
I had steak as my main course which was cooked as I’d ordered it - medium well - but the outside was so crusty it was almost impossible to cut through it.
My husband had the squid ink pasta which he couldn’t finish as he said it was tough and rubbery. Nobody checked on our meals until they cleared the plates away. I mentioned my steak and was immediately offered a replacement which I declined.
I guess they were very busy that standards had slipped a little. Forgivable. We said we would return even if just for the charcuterie platter.
