This was my first time at this restaurant.
The welcome was warm.
The meal was excellent from start to finish.
Generous portions; we definitely got our money's worth.
There were several of us, and we were given a small private area, which meant we didn't disturb the other customers, and vice versa.
I highly recommend it.

A romantic evening in a perfect setting.
Refined cuisine where the dishes introduce us to flavors we might not have encountered before, and which are absolutely delicious. A chocolate yuzu cake or a French toast to die for!!
A very attentive and professional team, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In short, a perfect moment!!

A very pleasant place with a good atmosphere and very friendly people. To share, we ordered a breaded seafood croquette with cuttlefish ink and Chantilly cream over bamboo charcoal and soy sauce; corn velouté with almond milk; popcorn with smoked paprika; fried corn and sunflower seeds; and rice chips (I really enjoyed eating it). Tuna tataki with chimichurri sauce and wasabi mayonnaise; vegetable tian; and roast duck sausage tartlet with shallot compote and potato mousse. For dessert, strawberry tartar with basil, balsamic vinegar, white cheese mousse and pistachio ice cream; and Elena's beautiful pear. Very surprising and fun cuisine. A restaurant to return to and recommend.

Sliced John Dory, a fish that's supposed to be a delicacy
The fish. It was stringy, overcooked, flavorless, drowned in sauce. It was a mille-feuille. Each thin piece of fish was separated by a slice of pineapple. You couldn't taste the fish. It was just pineapple, and the fish was way overcooked. John Dory is a noble fish that needed to be enhanced, not spoiled.

Very good address. From the beginning to the end of the meal everything was perfect. Excellent cocktails I recommend the Mojito. The dishes are prepared with quality products and it is a real treat for both the eyes and the stomach. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and efficiency.

A surprise discovery.
We had a family lunch with four of us.
The lunch menu was excellent, everything from the homemade dishes to the desserts, including a morello cherry sorbet and crème anglaise accompanied by a lemon cake... to die for!
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
A place to remember for future visits to Albi with friends or family.
