A fantastic evening with friends at La Caserne Sarde. The staff were friendly and responsive, the owner was a great host who really knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere, and the menu offered excellent food. The ambiance is always pleasant, the only slight drawback being the noise.

A warm and peaceful setting. A pleasant welcome from a friendly and entertaining chef. The chef described each dish to us: ingredients, preparation… The dishes we chose were all excellent. The same goes for the desserts. We will gladly return to this restaurant.

An absolutely unmissable address! La Caserne Sarde is the kind of restaurant where you immediately feel at home. The cuisine is authentic and generous, featuring quality ingredients and a wide selection of regional dishes. Special mention goes to the homemade bread, which is a pure delight. The front-of-house staff is both professional and very welcoming, and the chef is incredibly friendly. As for drinks, the wines offer excellent value for money. A personal touch: don't leave without stopping by the bar to discover their selection of Chartreuse liqueurs, served in the traditional way. The atmosphere is convivial and the decor is very immersive. We love it! Just remember to book well in advance if you want to come on the weekend.

We came for dinner as a group of four in January, and despite a slight mishap on our part, we were welcomed with great kindness. The quality of service and the staff's friendliness remained impeccable—a level of attentiveness not often found elsewhere. It's a unique experience. There's no menu; each dish or suggestion is announced by the server using a large, enticing chalkboard. The only "negative" point might be the difficulty in choosing, as the art of sales and suggestion is so masterful, delivered with a friendly and natural tone. We also received excellent wine recommendations from another gentleman, a connoisseur and enthusiast, who guided us without ever trying to sell us the most expensive bottle. The chef takes the time to visit each table at the end of service to gather feedback and acknowledge the well-deserved satisfaction of his customers—a particularly appreciated touch. This fosters a pleasant, convivial atmosphere among the tables. You feel right at home, like you're visiting friends. The atmosphere is very welcoming and makes you want to fully enjoy the experience, from the aperitif to the starter, the main course to the wine, and then from dessert to the digestif. We'll be back for the friendly service, the natural atmosphere, and the quality of the delicious traditional dishes, served in very generous portions.
