An unforgettable restaurant, a must-try in Ville-la-Grand. I never usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to. I make a point of coming back several times to see if the restaurant is consistent, and it is here. The service is excellent, with a beautifully presented menu featuring French specialties. After winning a gift certificate, we went to this restaurant last night. What a surprise! A REAL restaurant with old-fashioned decor. Impeccable service and high-quality food. The dishes were delicious and very generous. This is the restaurant to know for authentic French cuisine. The service was perfect, with a very pleasant and professional young waitress and an elegant and equally professional waiter. Both were very attentive to the customers. We enjoyed asparagus, the chef's terrine, a pork knuckle, and a beef fillet with fries and vegetables. And the dessert! A slice of Vacherin cheese... And we were able to share, which is quite rare these days... A Corsican rosé, recommended by our lovely waitress, accompanied the meal! The customer is truly well looked after, and the restaurant doesn't pressure you to buy more. A real discovery, a delight, a pleasant atmosphere for adults, and an address to remember. See you soon.

We had a wonderful time at La Caserne Sarde! The food is truly excellent and, above all, very generous, exactly as our waitress, who was lovely, smiling, cheerful, and passionate about her work, had told us. The dishes are hearty and flavorful, and the desserts are impressively generous. Admittedly, the prices are a bit high, but the quality of the ingredients and the cooking are well worth it. One small drawback: the dining room was quite noisy, which sometimes made conversation difficult. Also, be sure to book well in advance, especially for weekends!

Excellent restaurant. The staff, both in the kitchen and the dining room, are very professional, which is not the case for the head waiter, whose behavior is inappropriate and deplorable. He makes remarks to his staff in front of the customers, which is unbecoming of a chef.
