A wonderful discovery. Excellent dishes made with high-quality ingredients sourced from local producers. Special mention to Jean-Michel for his wine pairing advice… and to Sylvestre for his kindness and professionalism. A lovely atmosphere and great energy… I highly recommend it.

And there you have it, once again it was PERFECT: the appetizers, the main courses, and the desserts. Not to mention the owner and the servers; they could teach a lot of their colleagues a thing or two about their kindness, professionalism, and so on. We will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone do the same.

A wonderful experience at La Caserne Sarde in Ville-la-Grand.
The waitress was fantastic: smiling, pleasant, and very professional from start to finish.
The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and above all, absolutely delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the kitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant!
