Always a range of products and an interesting range Just a downside for me With the increase in alcohol levels we no longer find the "Rabelaisian spirit of joy" so characteristic of the Chinons. Certain attacks on the palate reminded me of certain Burgundies and it's a shame because that's no longer precisely the spirit

08/10/2024: I thank the pastry shop for this magnificent wedding cake made for my daughter's wedding surrounded by delicious petits fours, the choux buns were excellent Everything was perfect the mini pastries the next day were decorated I didn't even have time to eat them I recommend and will come back Thanks again
