Had the pleasure to work with Thibaut in his wine cave for a food tour that I led. The staff is knowledgeable, cool and easy going. The wine and cheese selection was perfect for my clients. The sommeliers took the time to explain what we were eating and drinking and adapted the level of vocabulary to my clients, which were asking about specific details. Absolutely recommend!
