Magical restaurant, rustic inside on 2 floors, nice to sit outside on the little-used Grand'ru. Small map with the Alsatian classics. Starter, a dozen snails with herb butter, tasted very good. Alsatian burger in a pretzel bun with sesame, mustard sauce, fried potatoes and a small salad, the meat patty is a bit dry. The pork knuckle with Munster cheese, spaetzle and salad, very tender and juicy but the rind was not crispy. Dessert: Meringue with cream, vanilla ice cream and raspberry sorbet, quite down-to-earth. But - a visit is worth it.

Nous avons excellemment bien mangé dans ce restaurant. Le cordon bleu, les rognons de veau à la moutarde et le filet de sandre étaient très bien cuisinés. Les accompagnements (légumes, pommes de terre, Spatzle et sauces) étaient savoureux. Puis les desserts, mousse au kirch et déclinaison de citron (très originale !) sont, dans la même ligne, de bon goût et avec une pointe d'originalité.
Le service était assuré, avec gentillesse et professionnalisme par deux employées.
Nous avons mangé en terrasse mais nous avons pu constater que la salle intérieure est très jolie.
Ce restaurant a été une belle découverte et une agréable surprise. Nous gardons cette adresse pour y revenir. Ne changez rien !!!

The food was truly delicious, the best we got on our entire Alsace trip, do go for the recommendations of the day!
We got the lamb and the fish, dessert was delicious as well. Remember to book a table.

Un cadre authentique, un accueil familial pour l'entrée en matière. La suite vaut le détour avec des plats préparés avec des produits frais dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
C'est une adresse que nous allons mettre dans notre carnet pour notre prochain séjour en Alsace !
