First time I've been to a place like this and I was blown away! I was very surprised by the quality of the service and the knowledge of the menu displayed by the manager and staff. The manager took the initiative to offer us some surprising and original drinks, especially non-alcoholic ones. Thank you! ☺️

First time at the restaurant and we'll be back very soon! A fantastic culinary experience from start to finish. A very warm welcome, excellent advice on wine pairings, fresh, high-quality, flavorful, and expertly prepared ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere perfect for an unforgettable meal. Everything was perfect, and the homemade foie gras deserves a special presentation! Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of dining at L'Auberge du Brand, and the experience was simply exceptional. The setting is warm and elegant, ideal for a pleasant outing in Alsace. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, providing impeccable service throughout our visit. The dishes were not only delicious but also presented with great finesse. Each plate was full of original flavors, and we particularly appreciated the harmony of the ingredients in each dish. The appetizers, such as the fish with touches of edible flowers, were light and refined. The meats, perfectly cooked and accompanied by creative garnishes, were a true delight. Finally, the dessert was a real surprise, with delicate and well-balanced flavors, perfect for concluding this gastronomic experience. We highly recommend this restaurant for lovers of fine cuisine and quality service. A must-try if you are in the area!

I will only comment on the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. Charming little inn located in the beautiful village of Turckheim. Professional welcome. Impeccable service. Excellent ingredients and good cuisine. Expertly cooked. A few good wines. And a satisfying cheese platter. Congratulations on the pink trout appetizer! It was very delicate, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The same goes for the reduced jus that accompanied the beef fillet. The beetroot risotto was average and not up to the standard of the rest of the meal. A different garnish would have been preferable, in my opinion. On the other hand, I found the portions a bit stingy! Half a beef fillet cut in half under the pretext that it's on a set menu is excessive! It's not so much the prices that are the problem, but rather the portion size. This restaurant is nevertheless worth a visit.

Excellent food, homemade dishes prepared and simmered. Good wine pairings by the glass. Professional service and welcome as well. We highly recommend it!

We had dinner at the Auberge du Brand as a family and were delighted with the experience. The dishes were exquisite, well-crafted without being pretentious, and perfectly balanced. The ambiance of the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between elegance and conviviality, as does the service, which was welcoming, friendly, pleasant, and genuinely attentive to our needs (including the children's!). Thank you for this wonderful time!

A restaurant worthy of a Michelin-starred chef 👌 Perfect service, the dishes are incredibly good 🙂 This is our second visit and it's just as good as the first time. I highly recommend it; it's the best restaurant in Turckheim.
