Delicious! I highly recommend the homemade cordon bleu. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. And it's perfect for a stroll with the night watchman after your meal.

A very pleasant and quintessentially Alsatian setting. Excellent service and attention to detail. The dishes are perfectly portioned and delicious, whether from the menu or the daily specials. The desserts are a delightful surprise. All in all, a very pleasant surprise.

A true revelation. Everything was perfect and absolutely delicious. Everything is made by the family. The food is flavorful, nothing is lacking. From the choice of plates to the presentation, the cooking, the flavors... perfect. Thank you for this wonderful discovery. I'm astonished by the 1-star reviews, which can only come from competitors or people with no sense of taste. 😉 I refer you to Audiard's dialogue about people who dare everything…

The setting and service were impeccable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We waited a perfectly reasonable amount of time for our food, which was good. A minor complaint about my baeckeoffe, which was a bit lacking in meat (lots of potatoes but not many pieces of meat). The sauerkraut served to my partner was delicious.

05/04/2026: First time I've been to a place like this and I was blown away! I was very surprised by the quality of the service and the knowledge of the menu displayed by the manager and staff. The manager took the initiative to offer us some surprising and original drinks, especially non-alcoholic ones. Thank you! ☺️
03/04/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at L'Auberge du Brand, and the experience was simply exceptional. The setting is warm and elegant, ideal for a pleasant outing in Alsace. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, providing impeccable service throughout our visit. The dishes were not only delicious but also presented with great finesse. Each plate was full of original flavors, and we particularly appreciated the harmony of the ingredients in each dish. The appetizers, such as the fish with touches of edible flowers, were light and refined. The meats, perfectly cooked and accompanied by creative garnishes, were a true delight. Finally, the dessert was a real surprise, with delicate and well-balanced flavors, perfect for concluding this gastronomic experience. We highly recommend this restaurant for lovers of fine cuisine and quality service. A must-try if you are in the area!

05/04/2026: This is a small restaurant on top of a mountain. You need to know about it to be there and it was pleasantly full. They don’t speak English but it was still easy to order and you could feel the friendliness and hospitality. The food was amazing in a beautiful special setting and not too expensive. I hope to be back one day
05/04/2026: On Easter Sunday, we had lunch as a family at this mountain inn, which was packed. As a result, the quality of service suffered despite the waiter's best efforts, and the numerous tables certainly didn't offer us the "mountain solitude" we were hoping for! Our dishes were good and generous, with the exception of the vol-au-vent, whose sauce was very runny and lacked flavor. The prices are quite reasonable. There's a nice play and relaxation area for children, however, there's no view of the surrounding mountains.
