We had a wonderful lunch in this authentic and beautiful wine cellar. The welcome was impeccable and incredibly kind. The cuisine was refined and of very high quality. Good value for money. Excellent wine and superb desserts. A must-try, reservations recommended. Bravo, thank you, and we'll be back very soon.

Really nice place. We tried several dishes... each one better than the last. I would have liked to try everything. For tripe lovers, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I would happily return.

What first drew us to the menu was the porcini mushroom velouté. What a delight! A flavorful, velvety soup topped with an airy mousse, chopped chives, and hazelnuts. Beautiful texture and exquisite finesse. Next, we ordered the trout gravlax, and once again, our palates and eyes were delighted. And the Sang du Dragon red wine is an absolute must-try. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its refined, flavorful cuisine and beautiful presentation. Thank you to the entire team!

Thank you Thierry and Leslie, and to the whole team! We had a wonderful time this Tuesday evening: Thierry's suggestions were delicious (crispy pig's trotters, oh my!)! His recommendations for the perfect wine were also excellent! We can't wait to go back!

18/05/2026: A wonderfully run small hotel with newly renovated rooms and very comfortable beds, right in the center of Turckheim, and featuring an excellent restaurant. Every course of the menu was a pure delight; you can order perfectly paired wines, which further enhances the experience. Perfect service, very good breakfast. Wonderfully quiet at night. The train station is only 400 meters away. Free parking is available Friday through Wednesday at the Place de la Republique, 300 meters away.
