We had a wonderful time at Central Bar; we went twice during our vacation. The meats are delicious, the hanger steak was very flavorful and incredibly tender. The wine was excellent. Very good value for money and a very friendly staff.

Excellent experience at Central Bar! The welcome is warm, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is friendly. You immediately feel at ease, thanks to the team and Stéphane. I chose the pork spider steak, and I wasn't disappointed: the meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and well-seasoned. A generous portion that showcases simple yet expertly prepared cuisine. The value for money is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. A truly wonderful place in Narbonne that I highly recommend. I'll gladly return!

08/11/2025: We were looking for a good cassoulet and found the perfect place. It's listed on the menu as "cassoulet à ma façon" and it's spectacular. Served in a cocotte, it has a subtle smokiness when uncovered and delicious meats—especially the duck confit. We paired it with a red wine recommended by the waiter, the ideal match. 🍷 Thank you for such a rich and authentic experience.

27/08/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. The dishes were excellent and well-portioned. Reasonable prices. We highly recommend it!
22/08/2026: I didn't like my dish, but it's my fault. I ordered tagliatelle with shrimp, and it needed more sauce than I'd like. Which makes sense, since it was just parsley and butter sauce. MY BAD! Otherwise, the service was pleasant, especially the smiling young waitress who even offered to take our picture. Update: We went back! I'm in love with all the waiters; they're all so cool! And this time I ordered something I actually like, lol.
