Walking along the Saint Guilhem path, we stopped by chance at the Central Bar and we weren't disappointed. We had a very good meal and were served quickly, just as we had requested. Moreover, for a tourist town, the prices weren't excessive.

My wife and I came for lunch at the end of June. Steak for him, burger for her—absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic despite the heat; you can really feel the team spirit at this place.

Main courses, no starters available My wife ordered lamb cutlets cooked medium, they turned up still bleating for their mother. I retuned the dish and they recooked it I had Saucisse and Aligot. The sausage was completely dry, obviously reheated.

The photos aren't up to date, but the restaurant is great, from the servers to the food. We arrived as a group of ten without a reservation and were served quickly. I recommend it 100%.
