Everything was perfect: the welcome, the location, the quality of the food, the breakfast... the comfortable, well-appointed, and very well-insulated room 👍 A small, enclosed parking area next to the hotel (a real bonus when you're on a motorcycle 😉). We'll definitely be back to explore the magnificent roads of the Tarn Gorges again and again!

Excellent restaurant. Sophisticated and well-crafted dishes. Good quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Nice wines. And all this at a good price.

A very pleasant stay at the Auberge du Moulin. Beautiful place, lovely setting, and a very well-maintained room. The staff are very friendly and attentive—you feel very welcome. I highly recommend it.

Excellent in every way, from the hotel (very pleasant room, brand new and spotless bathrooms) to the restaurant (very refined, almost gourmet). A very warm welcome and a great location. Quite affordable considering the quality of service.

We didn't stay at the hotel. We tried the restaurant. The meal was fantastic! Original and delicious 👌🏼 Well done to the chef and his team 👍🏼

14/10/2026: A very warm welcome! The owner runs everything single-handedly, hats off to him! Simple but excellent cuisine, the chestnut tart is worth the trip alone. A place to recommend.
05/10/2026: We had a lovely meal here today. The owner was doing it all on his own, which is amazing. Waiting at tables cooking etc. He told us we would have a long wait, which we didn't mind. however it was only half an hour. The food was very nice and reasonable priced well worth the wait, would definitely return.
