The place was great and the food excellent !! It was one of the best food I've ever eaten. The view on the harbour is nice though. The staff was a little bit strange and cold but nothing dramatic. I'd be back some time

Restaurant with a magnificent view of the port of Les Sables-d'Olonne. The menu is entirely homemade, featuring fresh, seasonal produce, which is immediately apparent in every dish.
The waitstaff is pleasant, smiling, and very attentive. The service is quick, whether for lunch or dinner.
The portions are generous, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The presentation is elegant, worthy of a fine bistro.
The value for money is impeccable. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
We will definitely be back!

As usual, absolutely delicious, from the foie gras appetizer (the best!), the skate wing (yum!), to the chocolate dessert. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I love this restaurant, thank you so much!

I'm never disappointed at César et Rosalie. The dishes are always delicious, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. A place I happily recommend in Les Sables d'Olonne!
