A very good Peruvian restaurant in the 15th arrondissement. The ceviches are straightforward, fresh, with a well-balanced acidity, red onions, cilantro, and high-quality seafood. You can tell that the freshness of the ingredients is paramount. The aji de gallina is generous and well-executed. The pisco sour with its egg white foam is excellent. The dining room is small and understated, the service friendly. No frills, no overacting, just good, well-made Peruvian cuisine. We'll gladly return.
