Excellent, "brilliant" non-GMO oysters, superb organic wine, and delicious pâté for non-fish eaters. A wonderful place to linger. Service is quick and friendly. In my opinion, very good value for money.

I loved the place and the oysters.
Aurore, the new owner, puts so much energy and love into making you feel welcome. After Ryalid left, I've found Hortense's cabin, my favorite. Thank you for that!!

A very pleasant location, a calm and soothing atmosphere.
The only slight drawback concerned the oysters: we were assured upon arrival that they weren't milky, thanks to their "special variety." However, when the platter arrived, of the 12 oysters served, only 3 were actually not milky… A bit of a disappointment.
Otherwise, the whelks, shrimp, and multigrain bread were superb.

No complaints about this place. The team at Chai Bertrand is fantastic, as are the products.
Very good value for money. A surprise, there's a change of ownership. But it doesn't seem to matter. We'll see this summer. The oysters were superb.
I agree, the team is friendly and professional, and the oysters are top-notch.
