Great place for a break, the food is good; I had the venison steak, perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. The setting is beautiful with a lovely terrace and plenty of outdoor tables. The prices are relatively reasonable, some more so than others, but it's a lovely experience.

I love Chalet Sapet on the slopes in Valberg. It's not one of those many tourist traps. No, really. The pasta is fresh, artisanal, and local! The restrooms are clean, the water is hot for washing your hands, and there's a heated towel rail to dry your gloves. These might seem like small details, but they make you feel right at home! I enjoyed my pasta carbonara, and I was also pleased with the bill. Plus, the terrace is sunny with a stunning view. I'll definitely be back.
