This place has ruined my expectations for ski day lunches. As a dumb American I'll be crying in the Rocky Mountain lodges eating $20 cold hot dogs dreaming of this place.

The service and welcome are consistently excellent year after year. The chalet evening (by reservation) offers a magnificent 360° view and an absolutely incredible sunset. Bravo!

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to in the 3 Valleys. Exceptional cuisine (the fish vol-au-vent 🤩) and when you're lucky enough to get a table on the sunny terrace, it's magical.

A very beautiful and cozy place with a warm, authentic atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The food is delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the service is fast and professional. Definitely worth visiting and trying.

27/02/2026: The food was very good, but as is often the case, it was barely lukewarm, if not cold. The service was adequate. The desserts were excellent.
