We would have skiied right by if not for a recommendation from a local to visit. The food was stellar and the wine list extensive and impressive. It's not cheap but I felt the value was reasonable to the quality and location.

Stopped for a light lunch so had a sharing platter and wine. Lisa rose was fabulous especially for the price. The sharing platter of meat and cheese was unbelievable. Not only quantity but the quality. 37€. Would have been enough for four of us. So good we asked for a doggie bag. They happily obliged.

You can eat in the restaurant (good but pricey, with excellent deserts) or the cafe. We eat at the cafe and sat on the terrace. The food was good, prices average for Val Thorens & the view excellent. Both the cafe & restaurant are worth visiting but offer different experiences at different prices.

Fondue tastes great and the sherpa server is super friendly! The nautical theme and decor is very weird in my opinion, but also funny. The price of beer is just too ridiculous, almost 12€ for a pint is extreme even by Val Thorens standards. Hot chocolate mediocre.

Un bon rapport qualité prix ! Nous nous sommes régalé avec une vue à couper le souffle. Plein soleil en option! Le repas délicieux sans oublier les 3 desserts dans un large choix, fait maison ! Je recommande

09/01/2025: Incredible food, super friendly staff, and an incredibly tasty vegan Pizza (a rare find in France)! Would definitely recommend, and I'm sure I'll be back.
21/12/2024: Very good restaurant which also has the advantage of being open in summer. Top notch food and service!
