I'm writing this review after experiencing the spa package.
The spa is small but well-maintained and clean.
It has very little outdoor space, but it offers quality service and very pleasant and attentive staff.
Our disappointment stemmed from the "sweet treats" portion of the package, which I hope for the establishment's sake doesn't reflect the quality of their food.
It was neither visually appealing nor tasty, and there were no sweet treats whatsoever.

Top hotel. Friendly staff, large, clean rooms, inviting spa area. Good food with a very good and extensive wine selection. Nice atmosphere in the bar. One point of criticism is the uncomfortable chairs on the balcony. It's important to know that the hotel is located on a main road. For this reason, the traffic noise during the day is rather annoying.

An unforgettable stay! We came as a group of 14 and received an exceptionally warm welcome. The service was professional and very pleasant.
Booking was simple and efficient, unlike some other establishments nearby.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring the mountain passes.
The meals and breakfasts were perfect.
The hotel even reserved nine parking spaces for our cars.
The relaxation area is excellent, with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam, and Nordic bath.
Just one small negative point: we didn't have a choice of rooms, probably because I didn't book far enough in advance. I was given room 15 for one person, and I found the price a bit high compared to a comfortable double room with a terrace.

The restaurant is quite an experience, making lunch seem rather lackluster in comparison. The rooms are a bit small.

A very welcoming and pleasant establishment.
The bar is warm and inviting with exquisite creations, and especially beautiful; even in the fog, the experience is magical.
The rooms are comfortable and cozy.
The breakfast buffet was varied and of high quality.
The spa area is very good, with several spaces to create different atmospheres. We tried a massage for the first time. We highly recommend it; it's a timeless moment that soothes both body and mind.
The only downside was the restaurant. The dishes were good, but perhaps not generous enough for the price, and the wait was also regrettable.

Incredible stay at this hotel!
The staff is very kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to meet your needs.
The spa is relaxing and peaceful, and the massages are simply amazing.
We had an incredible room with two balconies offering a stunning view!
We were lucky enough to arrive during a snowy weekend, and the hotel's location meant we could easily go for a walk right behind the hotel, enjoying a fantastic hike.
The hotel is very clean. If you're looking for a place to disconnect from everyday life and recharge, this is the perfect spot.
I highly recommend it!
