This meal was a real treat, even though the waiter was alone at lunchtime. The wait was very reasonable and the service was excellent; we were even able to chat with him a little. I highly recommend it.

A motorcycle ride with my partner and we happened to stop at Chalet Regain. We had the veal chop and the chicken leg; I've never eaten such a good veal chop—tender, juicy, and cooked to a perfect pink—and the same goes for the generous chicken leg. The morel sauce with Vin Jaune and the homemade mashed potatoes were excellent. The crème brûlée was very good and original, especially with the marshmallow flambé. I'll be back as soon as my motorcycle takes me to this region.

We chose this restaurant somewhat randomly and were pleasantly surprised; the presentation of the dishes was very refined and original. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. We highly recommend it.

The food was plentiful and delicious, but we waited two hours for the first course, and we had a reservation... and we weren't the only ones; there were many other dissatisfied customers. We won't be returning, even though we come to Les Rousses frequently.

19/09/2026: Great place! The terrace is lovely, and the staff are very friendly and professional. The food is sophisticated and delicious!
12/09/2026: I find it disappointing that when you complain about overcooked meat, there's no reaction, especially since I ordered it rare and insisted to the waiter that it be cooked well. After complaining to the manager, he and the waiter just looked at me without saying a word and went their separate ways, leaving me with my overcooked meat. Today they're victims of their own success, but with behavior like this, it's unlikely to last in the restaurant business. They need to learn to listen to their customers.

14/09/2026: Very good, we came as a group of 18 people on motorcycles, we were very well received.
02/09/2026: Well done! 🎊 Thomas, the young waiter, does his best, but they create a great atmosphere. The red beast (a type of sausage) has more ginger than fruit. But it certainly gives your relationship a boost! I hope Thomas will stay on for the long term at your brasserie. The meal is excellent! Fast service! Always a great atmosphere!
