Beautiful resort Beautiful village

Great winter sports resort, fantastic for skiing! Huge ski area!

Stay at the beginning of July in a gite in Les Allues, the resort is pleasant even in summer, the surrounding mountains are refreshing and relaxing; the 3 valleys are beautiful.

Beautiful chalets, 25 meter swimming pool with lanes, ice rink, bowling, clean, well maintained and comfortable high-end resort.

I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but as already mentioned in my comment about the ski lifts, not giving a discount to a person with a CMI priority pass to take a ski lift in summer is a real shame in 2025. I thought the various service providers at a major Alpine resort would be a little more aware of invisible disabilities. Just because you're not in a wheelchair doesn't mean life is easy. So Méribel isn't disability-friendly. And clearly, based on the menus, it's not a veggie-friendly resort either. A very mixed experience for these two reasons, which are not offset by the other services offered, which can certainly delight people without disabilities and omnivores. Furthermore, some resorts choose not to allow construction during the tourist seasons, or only at certain times. A mechanical shovel at 7:00 in the morning is a real pain!

A paradise for mountain lovers even in summer with bikes and trails for all tastes

There are places that live in your imagination, and you wait to discover them like you would for a date. Méribel was one of those places for me. And you know, sometimes reality disappoints. But not this time. It was exactly the warm and peaceful atmosphere I had imagined. When you don't want to rush, but simply breathe, look, feel. My little dream came true.😁😍💫 P.S. And a little practical bonus for those planning a trip this summer: the ski lifts are working and parking in Méribel is completely free! 😉 The Alps are getting closer, aren't they?
