Between Christmas and December 30, 2025, we stayed at this hotel and dined twice at the hotel restaurant, "CHABROL." We greatly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant is truly gourmet, and the dining room overlooking the Dronne River is spacious and very pleasant. Pets are welcome.

The receptionist was very welcoming. We had dinner at the restaurant, a lovely experience with pleasant service. The sommelier was attentive and offered enthusiastic recommendations. The room was beautifully renovated. The breakfast was adequate. In short, a wonderful and delightful stay.

A good restaurant for my brother's 60th birthday. Modern cuisine, quite different from that of the Charbonnel brothers, whom I adored. But interesting to discover in a very relaxing riverside setting. Quite pleasant overall. Try the truffle dessert, it's simply amazing!

Au Fil de l'Eau

12/10/2025: A beautiful terrace at Beurre de l'Eau in the heart of Brantome. A beautiful sunny day, delicious and tasty dishes, and a delicious dessert. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. One small drawback: the two scoops of ice cream cost €8 and the homemade French toast cost €9.
