This place is no longer appealing. It's well located in the city center, which is a shame. The toilets are very dirty, there's no toilet paper, complaints are ignored, and there's only one waiter who can't even provide a roll of toilet paper.

05/07/2026: Very good, and truly the best bagels I've ever had, but the staff's comments about orders are a good reason to avoid it... The jokes inside the establishment are outdated and many of them are sexist... Luckily, the taste saves the day.
14/02/2026: Order received on time. And even though they didn't have the drink I wanted, they offered a replacement. Thank you again for your kind attention and your note ☺️
