The best chocolate croissant on our road trip in France. Superior ingredients used for this masterpiece. Top quality real chocolate used elevates it. Marked it for our next trip to Colmar!

L'Un des Sens

28/09/2026: Honestly, it's really worth it! The ingredients are fresh and seasonal, and the meal was delicious. A special shout-out to the food and drink pairing, which was fantastic thanks to the wine merchant's excellent recommendations. I find some of the reviews I've read about this restaurant far too demanding: the establishment clearly states its commitment to "buying local," so it makes perfect sense not to find any big-brand, mass-produced sodas there. A great place to discover in Colmar!
28/09/2026: A little haven of peace in Colmar. Excellent cuisine, superb wine list and excellent food and wine pairing suggestions.
