Charming owners who are extremely friendly. You won't find a vegan option in the area, but here you can finally get it without having to cook yourself and it's really, really tasty! The burgers with the hash browns are delicious and so is the Seitan Kebap. The sweet delicacies are small works of art and the most important thing - all without animal suffering!

I came here wanting to discover vegan cuisine, and I was absolutely surprised, it was excellent, I would happily come back!

Cuit lu Cru is one of the food vendors in the Marché Couvert and on this Saturday evening, they were getting close to closing when we arrived. They have a glossy laminated menu (in French but Google Translate would get it done for you if you wish) and at 6:45 pm, a number of items were sold out. The restaurant is organic and plant-based. Warm service at the register and we sat at the counter where I could watch the food being prepared. Quite busy this late and these ladies were definitely hustling to stay ahead of the last minute rush. I chose the "Burger Alsacien" that I didn't read carefully until "What's this?" was set in front of me. Just as well because it was quite delicious. vegetable and cereal rosti burger topped with raw sauerkraut with dried tomatoes and marinated eggplant with creamy horseradish sauce and wild garlic. It was amazing and because I had a healthy dinner, I had a fried something with ice cream from the Christmas market later.
