What a wonderful discovery this Charles Schmitt pastry shop in Colmar is! The welcome is very warm, there's an incredible selection of pastries, all rigorously homemade. For my part, it was a tub of decadent ice cream: chocolate, caramel, and cookies 🤩

Definitely the best bakery and pastry shop in Colmar. Everything is excellent: bread, pastries, pretzels. A tip: try the ice cream bars. Exceptional.

The servers are not attentive enough. I waited 15 minutes and left without ordering anything, and yet they went to the counter several times to prepare food for customers in the queue, not paying attention to those at the counter and leaving without even seeing them.
