Excellent experience at Pâtisserie Charles Schmitt I come regularly and I'm never disappointed. The bread is simply delicious: perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a truly authentic, artisanal flavor that's becoming increasingly rare. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise behind each batch. The service is always welcoming, and the shop makes you want to try everything, from the pastries to the viennoiseries. It's become a must-visit for me in Colmar, whether for everyday bread or a special treat. I highly recommend it!

Every time I buy something from them, it's been excellent. Whether it's the bread (Grand Siècle or seeded), the pastries, or the Yule logs, I highly recommend this bakery.

Every time, it's a treat, whether you choose savory or sweet. You can eat in and have a coffee. In winter, the delicious hot dishes are reheated on-site. Pastries, cakes, viennoiseries, sandwiches... In short, I've tried everything and it's all delicious! Kudos to the always very friendly and efficient service.
