We came here looking for typical Alsatian food, and we needed to be able to make reservations online. We found both here. A charming place, near the Colmar market, with a very pleasant atmosphere and excellent tarte flambé. There's not much else on the menu, and that's all that's needed. A very good wine list. The Black Forest cake and the chestnut tiramisu were good, though not outstanding.

It's a restaurant in a tourist area of Colmar, frequented by the French themselves, which speaks volumes about the place. We chatted with the French people at the next table and really enjoyed that moment. The food is good and the price is high, but not outrageously so.

Two good glasses of Riesling for a reasonable price. Very pleasant service, clean restrooms. Lovely view of the covered market.

We spent a night in Colmar for a short stopover and stopped at this restaurant.
Flammkuchen: very good
Wine: very good
Dessert (chestnut tiramisu): excellent

Great little place to sample the local Flambé meals, with a great service. We ate here in the evening when it was still around 25 Degrees so would highly recommend booking in advance and asking for a table in the courtyard where there’s a gentle breeze.

A truly wonderful restaurant, somewhat unassuming from the outside but absolutely delightful. The courtyard is very cozy; nowhere else in Colmar is so quiet in the evening. The waiter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was served very quickly. I had the Baeckøffe, which came with a side salad. For dessert, I had a chocolate mousse. Both were delicious, but the mousse was the highlight. I highly recommend this restaurant.
