A wonderful discovery! After being turned away from every restaurant in the city center, the owner welcomed us despite the late hour, and we ended up having a lovely time. We'll be back!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The tarte flambée was absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable for what you get. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant's ambiance. It was exactly my style. I'd gladly return.

We had a great meal, and the price was right. The interior courtyard is lovely; it's definitely worth eating here. It's odd that they don't ask about drinks until after they've taken your food order.

Although the food was good, the low rating was due to very slow and chaotic service. Go if you have plenty of time.

We discovered this restaurant in Colmar Centre on Saturday evening, enjoying a meal on the interior terrace with a lovely concert. The menu features Alsatian and Corsican dishes with excellent wines. The atmosphere is pleasant in a beautiful, typically Alsatian setting. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

Charles Schmitt

29/07/2026: Okay, good, but the prices are clearly inflated.
22/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery this Charles Schmitt pastry shop in Colmar is! The welcome is very warm, there's an incredible selection of pastries, all rigorously homemade. For my part, it was a tub of decadent ice cream: chocolate, caramel, and cookies 🤩
