A beautiful little corner of Corsica, with a lovely terrace out back. The staff are warm and friendly, and the regional dishes are very good. I highly recommend it. I will gladly return.

A very cozy and beautiful restaurant in the heart of the old town. The staff are multilingual and very friendly. The food was extremely delicious and reasonably priced.

Friendly, fast service. Delicious tarte flambée and salad. We sat inside, sheltered by a wind sail. The table was very narrow and cramped for two people; we would have liked to move to a table for four, as we were the only guests. However, we were only offered the minimalist tables.

Really nice place to sit and have a wine. The staff were great.

The asparagus tarte flambée as a main course and the apple/cinnamon tarte flambée for dessert are incredible! Great atmosphere

If you want to try the most delicious flambéed cuisine, this is the place for you! Don't hesitate and get the flambéed cuisine with figs, it's the most delicious thing I've eaten in Colmar! We come back every year and have never regretted it!

We were there on a warm Thursday evening and were delighted with the delicious food, friendly service, and lovely atmosphere. The courtyard setting was wonderfully quiet and cozy. There weren't many people there, so I can't say what the service is like when it's busy. But for us, it was definitely very pleasant and comfortable. The value for money is good; there are significantly more expensive restaurants in the area. The great music was the icing on the cake. No annoying background music, just real, good music. We would definitely come back.

The Baeckeoffe was very good. The meat was tender and almost melted in my mouth. The seasoning felt a bit mild to my taste, though that may simply be the traditional recipe.
