I stayed 2 nights in this hotel for a professional convention. The hotel is pretty clean, apart from the bags of sheets left next to my door many hours. The rooms are very small but comfortable. The bedding too.
The breakfast on the other hand is really poor, there is very little choice, it's a shame.

The location is really good, the rooms are clean, the staff is good, however it is a bathtub instead of a shower that I prefer and at the button to choose the shower it falls by itself without stopping,
afterwards the price at the parking level is high because it is charged at night too, the same for breakfast, the price is high.
And I would have appreciated having at least a bottle of water in the room.

Today we are going to another area and we are even sad to leave the hotel, the people at the reception are very nice and the room is incredible, we have felt at home. Thank you for everything we will return. Bus 244 at the door and the tram is a short walk away.

The rooms have known better days. Out of the two I stayed in, there were issues with plumbing, bedding and windows. Moreover, cleanliness should be improved.
Staff is oriented solution, but work within the limitations of the general state of the hotel.

Excellent welcome, possibility to leave luggage during the day, perfectly well equipped room.
The only downside was that the 3rd bed provided on the sofa was not ready, fitted sheet not changed and duvet cover not put on. Sheets collected at reception and bed made by ourselves with sheets not the right size...
Apart from this point I recommend this hotel, perfectly well located, close to all amenities, metro and bus stops just a stone's throw from the hotel.

Accueil très professionnel de la part de Zahair, personnel très sympathique, les lasagnes maison excellentes. Nous étions côté cour intérieure, pas de bruit. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
