07/07/2026: Fantastic food and even better service! The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us settle in with our 1 year old child and get out of the heat. They were patient and understanding despite our kid being loud and our abysmal French skills. The food was delicious and affordable, highly recommended.

26/04/2026: Well, this was a truly bizarre experience. This place tries to project an air of "chic," a bit of a bourgeois bohemian, but never actually follows through. The welcome was vague, the explanations nonexistent: at no point did anyone mention that I was there for brunch. I thought I was ordering a regular menu, so I paid without hesitation… (€75) and then I discovered that no, it was actually a pseudo-brunch with only 5 or 6 measly choices on the menu. First of all, they need to make up their minds about the concept. But the worst part is the quality. It's clearly low-end frozen food, tasteless, lacking any effort, with no respect for the customer. Honestly, even if you've been through some tough times, at some point you have standards… and this place is nowhere near them. The result: I ate nothing. Literally nothing. Everything went in the bin! Yes, I have photos if anyone doubts it. Paying to throw away food, that's quite a concept. In short, Aqua gives the impression of wanting to play with the big boys, but it's clearly a fake. All show, no substance. Avoid it, unless you enjoy paying for nothing.

12/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced, and the quality is truly excellent. The atmosphere is lovely, with a friendly, summery terrace. The service is impeccable, and the overall ambiance is fantastic. A huge thank you to the bartender, Lou, who delighted us with her surprise cocktails, and to the entire service team: Jade, Lulu, and Mimi, who were incredibly attentive. Highly recommended!

I park my R14. Alright, let's get settled. Then the waiter says to me, "Good evening, this is Mr. Masure," a real gentleman, he served me a yogurt and a Coke (no brand). Yeah, well, you say goodbye to him. I went back to the switchboard to see Manu. So, a word to the wise.

26/02/2026: Okay, well, I'll tell you one thing: a big thumbs up for Relais Carnot (we said "no brand names"). Have you ever been to Relais Carnot? 48% are interested in going out with their big mystery friend. 37% of people say it's quite likely. 72% didn't understand the question. Alright, that's it!

19/07/2026: I discovered this restaurant about two or three years ago, and since then we've been about fifteen times (yes, really!). Whenever we have family or friends visiting, we take them to Bistrot des Chefs because it's THE best value-for-money restaurant in all of Paris. You can go there without hesitation. Out of fifteen visits, I was only disappointed once, by the salmon dish which had just been added to the menu (but it was improved afterward, from what we saw). I absolutely loved the cappuccino purée (please bring it back 🙏) and the yogurt 🔥

13/07/2026: We had a very good meal on the restaurant's terrace. We were able to try dishes from the à la carte menu (not the set menu) thanks to a 50% discount when booking through The Fork. You can also book to guarantee a table and get 2000 bonus Yums (equivalent to €50) with this code: B701907B (enter it at the end of the booking process when you confirm). We shared two starters: eggs (€9.50 with the discount) and the signature sirloin steak served with new potatoes and green beans (€50 for two with the discount). I found the steak a bit pricey for what it was; it was quite a substantial portion, so we ended up taking a third of it to go. With the discount, it became a bit more reasonable. The other dishes on the menu are around €25, so about a dozen if you book in advance. The service was excellent! A good meal in a beautiful setting.

21/05/2026: Hotel with upgraded rooms. Overpriced for what's offered. The room wasn't cleaned between stays, the bed wasn't made... I didn't put up a sign to avoid them. The bathroom has just been renovated. The faucet is like a basket, the toilet flush mechanism has been kept but doesn't work properly. This company is going downhill; it's time to take action. ...

25/06/2026: This restaurant is completely inflexible. It refuses to deliver. It refuses to offer menu variations. They suggested we cancel. They didn't apologize.
