A nice little weekend getaway for two, the hotel itself was 5 stars, but the relaxation area (spa, pool, sauna, hammam) was better... 3 stars.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay, only negative was the gym wasn't up to standards, literally just a running machine, no weights or weight machines, which for me was misleading, food was absolutely delicious, fully recommend eating here, everything and service was superb.

Very nice place, attentive staff. A minor drawback regarding box or Weekendesk reservations: be aware that you won't have access to the same menu as other guests, and honestly, the turkey stir-fry, with or without carrots depending on your luck, isn't great, just like the cheese plate served with or without jam.

Luxurious room with a luxury smartphone and gourmet food for €500.
We would have preferred a less luxurious room and a better meal. The evening meal was disappointing, especially the dessert.

We had a wonderful stay at this splendid hotel; the room was spotless and spacious.
Dinner and breakfast were worthy of a 4-star hotel.
The staff were welcoming and attentive to guests. The spa was very pleasant, but perhaps individual changing cabins would be a good idea.

Regarding the restaurant, I'm a little disappointed!
The waitress was very professional! The quality of the dinner was just okay! However, the manager seems to lack the staff to build customer loyalty! We're from Tours... and we'll try again sometime!

It wasn't bad. A little disappointed with the meal and the room for the price. One plate of the veal dish had carrots, the other didn't, and a waiter removed the wrong cutlery.
The room was pretty good, although there were holes in the walls that could have been filled...

Booked a night for a romantic Valentine's Day getaway. The room was spacious with a king-size bed and a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The wellness area with its pool, hammam, and sauna was very clean and pleasant. The staff was also friendly. I highly recommend it and would return.
