Very nice experience. The owner, master cheesemaker, gastronome and oenologist, introduced us to authentic and gourmet cuisine at a very affordable price. We feel a real infectious passion for this profession. I really like Corsican wines ;-)

We were in a studio, not in the Château but it was still divine The super complete and clean studio and the Breakfast served by Clement, very delicious!

Medieval tower under reconstruction with comfortable rooms and everything renovated. Nice surroundings and gardens. On the outskirts of Carcassonne you need a vehicle. Very good breakfast. It has a dinner service with tasting menus with wine pairings that we did not try. As it is a medieval tower, there is no elevator; you go up a spiral staircase.

Perfect place to disconnect and visit Carcassonne. Excellent attention from the owner and perfect dinner with wine tasting. The owner is very friendly and attentive and has a great knowledge of the region's wines and an excellent cook.

Excellent table d'hôtes +1 night and brunch breakfast.. Clément is passionate about cooking and human relations. His wife affectionately nicknames him the "madman"... Passionate about everything he does and fascinating in his speech around the dishes and wines he offers us😂 Kind regards, Christine, Michel and Lily

Very nice experience at Château Saint Martin! Everything was perfect. An excellent meal with a food and wine pairing explanation from a true enthusiast. A remarkable welcome and very clean rooms. We will come back without hesitation! thank you for your welcome

Welcomed by a 12th century staircase tower and its 16th century main building, nestled in the heart of a very pretty park, we were charmed by Clément's kindness translated by wonderful exceptional cuisine and harmonized by the choice that he makes wines to accompany it, followed by a peaceful night. As a couple, with family or friends, don't hesitate to treat yourself to a moment away from the stress of our times.

25/08/2024: J'invite un couple d'amis locaux,habitués des lieux,dans cette brasserie bien connue sur Carca.A la carte j'opte pour un jarret de porc accompagné de frites à 21 euros,très gouteux et cuit à cœur,tellement copieux, que j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à terminerEn dessert une tatin accompagnée d'une boule de glace acheva de me rassasier.Le tout, arrosé d'un rouge Minervois de Joyeuse à 18 euros et très correct.Bref,voilà un établissement que je recommande sans réserve....

L'Atelier de La Truffe

14/10/2024: Hadden niet gereserveerd maar konden op zaterdagavond toch terecht. Nadat we de gerechten hadden gekozen, liet de eigenaar ons kiezen uit drie bijpassende wijnen. De gerechten waren stik voor stuk toegespitst op iets met truffel. Smaakte evenals de wijn goed. Leuke ervaring en een aanrader als je eens iets anders wil.
02/09/2024: Nouvelle localisation plus confortable et plus agréable avec terrasse intérieure et parkibg public à proximité. Cela reste une adresse superbe pour la truffe tant d’hiver que d’été. Toute la carte à base de truffes, bon choix de vins régionaux. Bon rapport qualité prix.
