Chateau St. Martin Restaurant sur Carcassonne

Very nice experience. The owner, master cheesemaker, gastronome and oenologist, introduced us to authentic and gourmet cuisine at a very affordable price. We feel a real infectious passion for this profession. I really like Corsican wines ;-)

We were in a studio, not in the Château but it was still divine The super complete and clean studio and the Breakfast served by Clement, very delicious!

Medieval tower under reconstruction with comfortable rooms and everything renovated. Nice surroundings and gardens. On the outskirts of Carcassonne you need a vehicle. Very good breakfast. It has a dinner service with tasting menus with wine pairings that we did not try. As it is a medieval tower, there is no elevator; you go up a spiral staircase.

Perfect place to disconnect and visit Carcassonne. Excellent attention from the owner and perfect dinner with wine tasting. The owner is very friendly and attentive and has a great knowledge of the region's wines and an excellent cook.

Excellent table d'hôtes +1 night and brunch breakfast.. Clément is passionate about cooking and human relations. His wife affectionately nicknames him the "madman"... Welcomed by a 12th century staircase tower and its 16th century main building, nestled in the heart of a very pretty park, we were charmed by Clément's kindness translated by wonderful exceptional cuisine and harmonized by the choice that he makes wines to accompany it, followed by a peaceful night. As a couple, with family or friends, don't hesitate to treat yourself to a moment away from the stress of our times.

I visited on August 3, my future project is a more complete visit. A reservation is planned for soon.
