We received a very warm welcome in this peaceful spot surrounded by vineyards. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you.

The owner is humble, friendly, and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed his authentic, generous, and refined cuisine, with perfectly balanced dishes. The setting is incredible, nestled among the vineyards on a small hill with breathtaking views of the surrounding castles. The pool is fantastic too! The rooms are huge and offer every comfort. In short, we were very happy with our family stay at this bed and breakfast. We highly recommend it! 👍👍👍

I really enjoyed this restaurant; the setting is very pleasant with a terrace. The food is excellent from start to finish, nothing to complain about, even the bread is homemade. I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat well without breaking the bank.

I recommend the communal table with its regional cuisine featuring local products: we go there from time to time with friends to enjoy, among other things, the calf's head with gribiche sauce... a real treat!

Unfortunately, my stay was too short considering the quality of the place and service, as I was just passing through thanks to a Smartbox gift. The welcome was very warm, the tasting included homemade dishes paired with local wines, and the advice on places to visit and explore was excellent. Regarding the location, the view from the top of the tower was beautiful, the room was very clean and in keeping with the surroundings, and the pool was immaculate. It's a shame it was windy and a bit chilly before I could try it out. As for the food, it was excellent once again; almost everything is homemade and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was generous and delicious. And the location in general is very well situated for the region. No complaints whatsoever.

17/08/2026: What a wonderful place! Everything is perfect for making the experience unforgettable. The setting is lovely, and if you're lucky, you might even spot some owls wandering around. The staff is charming and passionate. And the food is truly incredible. The presentation is magnificent, and the flavors multiply with every bite. It's creative, original, and meticulously prepared. A real treat that more than deserves its star, even though you can really feel the passion and desire to satisfy the customer before the star. Thank you again for this wonderful anniversary. We will definitely be back.

30/07/2024: As we had a booking we were pointed to a table immediately. For us the table was facing the wrong way, so we moved the chairs around. This didn't last long as we had to move to make way for a pram. Okay, all settled again. We had to ask for the menu after about 15 minutes, then we had to ask to place our order after 30 minutes. There was just one man waiting on the tables and a younger guy, who could have been his son, helping out, but as they got busier, he also started taking orders. They were very busy and people were being turned away. We ordered the menu of the day with us both having the pate as entree, the fish as the plat and then a pineapple desert. The food was excellent, well presented and tasty. The fish was served with mussels and a lemon cream sauce to die for! The food made up for the slack unfriendly service to begin with. Well worth the visit, but definitely worth making a booking to be sure of getting in.
23/03/2024: One night in Sauternes and this is the place to go. Charming ambience, good service and delicious, well-presented food at a very reasonable price. Three courses, half a bottle of decent white Graves and a generous glass of the sweet stuff : all for €92. No complaints!
