A magnificent restaurant orchestrated by culinary talents Yohan and Juliette. Thank you for your generosity, creativity, discovery, and simplicity. My first time in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it will remain etched in my memory! Everything was perfect, from the presentation to the tasting; my taste buds will remember it for a long time. Excellent from start to finish. The entire meal was exquisite, as evidenced by the recent Michelin star. We opted for the Guiraud menu with four wines, and everything was perfect. If you have the chance, don't hesitate.

The welcome at Cercle Guiraud was very warm. There was a great deal of attentiveness and kindness. The service was excellent. The dishes were sophisticated and prepared with great refinement. The blend of flavors was exceptional. A delightful discovery. We dined outdoors with friends. The tables were set with great care. We had a wonderful day in a magnificent setting.

30/07/2024: As we had a booking we were pointed to a table immediately. For us the table was facing the wrong way, so we moved the chairs around. This didn't last long as we had to move to make way for a pram. Okay, all settled again. We had to ask for the menu after about 15 minutes, then we had to ask to place our order after 30 minutes. There was just one man waiting on the tables and a younger guy, who could have been his son, helping out, but as they got busier, he also started taking orders. They were very busy and people were being turned away. We ordered the menu of the day with us both having the pate as entree, the fish as the plat and then a pineapple desert. The food was excellent, well presented and tasty. The fish was served with mussels and a lemon cream sauce to die for! The food made up for the slack unfriendly service to begin with. Well worth the visit, but definitely worth making a booking to be sure of getting in.
23/03/2024: One night in Sauternes and this is the place to go. Charming ambience, good service and delicious, well-presented food at a very reasonable price. Three courses, half a bottle of decent white Graves and a generous glass of the sweet stuff : all for €92. No complaints!
