Exceptional! Exquisite flavors, delicate combinations that delight the palate. This lunch on April 12th was a resounding success. I loved Le Saprien, and I adore Le Cercle Guiraud! My mother was thrilled to celebrate her 70th birthday there. As for the staff: as delightful as the cuisine, without the obsequious cordiality so common in some restaurants. I'm won over! Congratulations on this star, which recognizes the establishment's excellence.

On April 3, 2026, we had a very positive experience. We received an excellent welcome and an unforgettable pairing of the food and wines. The coordination was superb; the sommelier clearly enjoyed offering tastings and listening to our feedback, readily suggesting alternative wines when appropriate. The cuisine was original, sophisticated, and refined. Le Cercle Guiraud is a truly worthy establishment, one that makes us eager to return and enjoy this welcoming place. The decor is fantastic! A huge thank you to the team! We will be back!

The four-course menu was a very good first experience, with a well-balanced selection of dishes from the chef, and we highly recommend the wine pairing. Special mention for the G de Guiraud and the 1998 Sauternes.

First of all, the weather was beautiful, which isn't really relevant, but I'm just saying that everything was perfect: a very warm welcome from both staff members with impeccable service, and as for the extraordinary, high-quality cuisine, we'll keep an unforgettable memory of it.

20/08/2024: Great guesthouse, to stay for a weekend with my family, great welcome. The rooms are clean. My children really liked it. The only thing I can say is that the breakfast was salty. Example of eggs... Otherwise it was cool I recommend

30/07/2024: As we had a booking we were pointed to a table immediately. For us the table was facing the wrong way, so we moved the chairs around. This didn't last long as we had to move to make way for a pram. Okay, all settled again. We had to ask for the menu after about 15 minutes, then we had to ask to place our order after 30 minutes. There was just one man waiting on the tables and a younger guy, who could have been his son, helping out, but as they got busier, he also started taking orders. They were very busy and people were being turned away. We ordered the menu of the day with us both having the pate as entree, the fish as the plat and then a pineapple desert. The food was excellent, well presented and tasty. The fish was served with mussels and a lemon cream sauce to die for! The food made up for the slack unfriendly service to begin with. Well worth the visit, but definitely worth making a booking to be sure of getting in.
23/03/2024: One night in Sauternes and this is the place to go. Charming ambience, good service and delicious, well-presented food at a very reasonable price. Three courses, half a bottle of decent white Graves and a generous glass of the sweet stuff : all for €92. No complaints!
