What a wonderful place! Everything is perfect for making the experience unforgettable. The setting is lovely, and if you're lucky, you might even spot some owls wandering around. The staff is charming and passionate. And the food is truly incredible. The presentation is magnificent, and the flavors multiply with every bite. It's creative, original, and meticulously prepared. A real treat that more than deserves its star, even though you can really feel the passion and desire to satisfy the customer before the star. Thank you again for this wonderful anniversary. We will definitely be back.

The staff's welcome is very pleasant, discreet, and kind; the background music is soft, there's no harsh air conditioning, but windows open onto the equally gentle and inviting garden, and the clientele is discreet and refined without being ostentatious. A peaceful and welcoming haven that showcases the subtle succulence of the various dishes and wines, flavors that are sometimes vibrant but always softened by the elegant presentation. A moment suspended in time, culminating in the sweet wine with its golden roundness. A gift of refined and delicious luxury for our birthdays.

We chose Cercle Guiraud to celebrate my partner's birthday, and what a wonderful surprise! A magnificent evening from beginning to end. Refined and delicious cuisine, attentive and warm service, and a truly superb setting. Everything was perfect for an unforgettable experience. Kudos to the team for the wonderful meal! Despite the sweltering heat and the power outage, we enjoyed a selection of delicious dishes, and our discerning son was thrilled for his 28th birthday. Thank you, we'll be back!

This was our first time at this establishment and certainly not our last. A very pleasant surprise, unpretentious, simple yet efficient from start to finish. The food was delicious, the squab and its sauce were excellent, and the tasting of the three Guiraud wines was very good. The attentive service was much appreciated. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience.

30/07/2024: As we had a booking we were pointed to a table immediately. For us the table was facing the wrong way, so we moved the chairs around. This didn't last long as we had to move to make way for a pram. Okay, all settled again. We had to ask for the menu after about 15 minutes, then we had to ask to place our order after 30 minutes. There was just one man waiting on the tables and a younger guy, who could have been his son, helping out, but as they got busier, he also started taking orders. They were very busy and people were being turned away. We ordered the menu of the day with us both having the pate as entree, the fish as the plat and then a pineapple desert. The food was excellent, well presented and tasty. The fish was served with mussels and a lemon cream sauce to die for! The food made up for the slack unfriendly service to begin with. Well worth the visit, but definitely worth making a booking to be sure of getting in.
23/03/2024: One night in Sauternes and this is the place to go. Charming ambience, good service and delicious, well-presented food at a very reasonable price. Three courses, half a bottle of decent white Graves and a generous glass of the sweet stuff : all for €92. No complaints!
