A wonderful discovery! The mixed platter was very generous, the products were high-quality and beautifully presented, and the owner provided information about the origin of everything. The red wine by the glass was exceptional. Thank you. I highly recommend it.

Excellent aperitifs, always accompanied by tapenade and croutons, as well as olives. Excellent cheeses and a variety of charcuterie to try. Don't hesitate to ask the wine merchant for recommendations. A place worth discovering. Our favorite spot of the summer in Hyères.

We received a very warm welcome and were given excellent assistance in choosing our local craft beers. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the small platter of toasted bread and tapenade that came with our drinks! A superb experience, thank you!

13/06/2026: All the staff were very welcoming, warm, attentive, and smiling: from the Victor restaurant staff to the hotel staff. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and everyone spontaneously wished her a happy birthday. The pool is very pleasant, as is the room.
