L'Escale by Mercure sur Hyeres

We stayed there for a few days with a tour group. The hotel, the rooms, and the service were fine. The breakfast was quite plentiful. The garden and pool were inviting and relaxing. However, the menus in the restaurant and the service there left much to be desired. It wasn't a shining example of French cuisine; some dishes were only lukewarm, and overall, the service was rather uninspired. Bread was only brought to the table rudely after we asked several times. And each guest had to get their own drinks from the bar! By then, they were either out of glasses or bottles. This could be much better.

Friendly welcome, ample parking, quick room service, clean and fairly quiet room despite the traffic.

The hotel is well located, close to all amenities, and the staff are incredibly attentive. They are very caring, friendly, and welcoming. The room is perfect, and the bedding is super comfortable. There is parking nearby.

Amazing staff! Perfect location for exploring the beautiful coast. Our waiter with the mustache was always so attentive. The hotel was peaceful; I spent all my time by the pool. And the food was delicious! ♥️ Thank you for everything.
