L'Escale by Mercure sur Hyeres

All the staff were very welcoming, warm, attentive, and smiling: from the Victor restaurant staff to the hotel staff. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and everyone spontaneously wished her a happy birthday. The pool is very pleasant, as is the room.

A superb place with a smiling and helpful team. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome; the reception area was bright and airy, and the view of the pool was magnificent! 🤩 (The ambient scent was wonderful too... 😇)

A hassle-free professional stopover with an ideal price-quality ratio

We stayed there for a few days with a tour group. The hotel, the rooms, and the service were fine. The breakfast was quite plentiful. The garden and pool were inviting and relaxing. However, the menus in the restaurant and the service there left much to be desired. It wasn't a shining example of French cuisine; some dishes were only lukewarm, and overall, the service was rather uninspired. Bread was only brought to the table rudely after we asked several times. And each guest had to get their own drinks from the bar! By then, they were either out of glasses or bottles. This could be much better.

Friendly welcome, ample parking, quick room service, clean and fairly quiet room despite the traffic.
