As always, a very warm welcome. The food was both high-quality and plentiful. A pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. We've been coming for several years now and it's always a pleasure.

We had the pleasant feeling of stepping into a restaurant from a bygone era. But it was a very good experience. The food was delicious, the portions very generous, and the service excellent. This restaurant only offers local products on its menu. Thank you for a wonderful time.

An excellent restaurant, visited every May 8th. Impeccable service, a gourmet menu (the pike is excellent). A very good and varied selection of vegetables to accompany the dish. Excellent local wines. Anne and JE are lovely. We were seated outside, a haven of peace. A nice bonus is the small shop where you can buy local specialties and also tableware. Honestly, it's more than just a meal, it's an experience. I can't thank my friend Hector enough for introducing me to this place, and it's becoming a tradition every time we're in the area.

A wonderful discovery! The rustic setting is truly charming and welcoming. Special mention goes to the service: friendly, efficient, and flawless. The food is simple yet highly effective, offering excellent value for money. Here's what we tried: Starters: The assorted terrines: The rabbit terrine was excellent. The venison terrine was also good, although a little dry. Berry lentil terrine: A bit bland on its own, but it truly shines with the accompanying dishes. The chive cream is a pure delight, even on its own! Main courses: Pike with shallot cream sauce: The sauce was very well done. The fish was slightly overcooked, but still very tasty. A touch shorter cooking time would have been perfect. Pork tenderloin with mustard sauce: The meat was very tender and flavorful. The mustard sauce was delicious, perhaps just a touch too salty. For dessert: Fruit salad: Very refreshing, with a really great concept: you can choose your own fruit! Chocolate Charlotte: An excellent cake. The mousse is both smooth in texture and intense in flavor. The amount of rum is perfect (you can taste it without it being overpowering or making the cake soggy). The accompanying crème anglaise is decent, nothing special. In short: a restaurant I recommend for its authenticity and warm welcome. We will gladly return!

What a wonderful discovery!!! Everything was perfect... the staff's kindness, the quality and quantity of the food... the kind of setting we wish we saw more often. The charm of the old world, right down to the tableware. A true trip back to childhood, to our grandparents' house. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️
