It's grandmother's cooking, simple, hearty and generous. The service is always fast and efficient, very good address.

Un des derniers restaurant qui offre un très large choix de spécialités alsaciennes à des prix plus que correct. Nous fréquentons ce restaurant depuis des années et nous n'avons jamais été déçu. C'est une cuisine de grand-mère, simple, copieuse et généreuse. Le service est toujours rapide et efficace, très bonne adresse.

Wir haben uns dieses mal für einen Kalbskopf entschieden, weil man den in der Schweiz praktisch nirgends mehr bekommt und wenn doch, ist er einfach nicht gut. Ich hatte deshab ein wenig ein mulmiges Gefühl und war sehr gespannt, was wir da serviert bekommen. Und wir waren beide begeistert! Hervorragend zubereitet, butterweich, perfekt gewürzt mit einer sehr feinen Sauce, dazu einen Edelzwicker 0,5L. offen für 7 Euro (in der Schweiz bezahlt man das für 0,1L...........) Auch die Bedienung war wie immer super schnell, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, und das, obwohl jeder Platzt besetzt war, ca. 40 Personen. Da sieht man eben, dass Caroline und die Chefin 30 Jahre Erfahrung haben, da sitzt jeder Handgriff, jeder Schritt, besser kann man es nicht machen. Wir können dieses Lokal von ganzem Herzen empfehlen, ein Erlebnis der Extraklasse.
