A wonderful discovery for a dinner featuring Alsatian specialties. We thoroughly enjoyed the traditional dishes, especially the fried carp, asparagus, and local organic ham. We were even offered a small asparagus cream as a tasting, a very thoughtful touch.
It's also a great place for those who are gluten-free: there's a good selection, and they even offer gluten-free bread, which is rare and much appreciated. The service is attentive, the value for money is excellent, and overall, it makes you want to make a detour. A place to remember!

We were a group of 10, and we went for dinner and spent the night at Hotel Collin. It was very cozy and the food was excellent. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The staff was also very friendly; we felt very comfortable.

Quiet hotel, well located on the Three Castles hiking trail. Spotless room. The hostess is friendly, helpful, and attentive. Generous breakfast buffet. The restaurant was closed during our stay.

We were there to visit the cheese shop and had booked a room here. Clean, courteous, welcoming, easy to walk to, and very centrally located in town. There's a large parking lot across the street. Parking was always available, breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. But there was something for everyone, and the price-performance ratio was excellent.
