A wonderful restaurant, delicious food and a friendly service... I would say: dining with friends.

The food was very good, but the only downside was the owner wasn't very friendly; however, the young man was very friendly.

Authentic cuisine made with local ingredients. The best vol-au-vents I've ever had, as well as the surlawerla 😋😋😋 Generous portions and very pleasant staff. Thank you.

Very good carp and generous portions

While visiting Alsace, we wanted to enjoy a traditional, local meal on this public holiday. Le Cheval Blanc was recommended to us for this purpose. When making the reservation, it's amusing to see that the customer suggests different possible times, and the owner immediately gives us a time of her choosing. ^^ The welcome is friendly and warm. We were immediately taken care of and served quickly. The food has everything going for it: quality, quantity, and flavor. Thank you for this wonderful experience. It's a shame you don't accept holiday vouchers.
