Chez Aldo sur Bagneres-De-Bigorre

13/09/2024: Excellent pizzeria: thin crust, cooked (finally!), crispy, well garnished with fresh products. For dessert, there was a gourmet coffee with, among other things, vanilla ice cream: finally, real vanilla ice cream with a vanilla taste and not white, not tasteless like the big brands you find in supermarkets. The 3 people: the father (pizzaiolo), the son (waiter), the mother (appetizers, desserts, ...): thank you to all 3 of you for your welcome, kindness, listening. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation, you will not be disappointed.
