What a find for brunch after reading other reviews!
The brunch was huge and cooked to order, excellent selection of teas and the coffee was really good as well

A delightful little restaurant in the heart of Troyes' historic center, on a quiet, peaceful street... Chez Axelle is a superb, tranquil spot where the husband (?) warmly welcomes and serves with genuine enthusiasm while his wife is busy in the kitchen, ensuring a generous and satisfying meal.
Please be sure to make a brunch reservation, especially on Sundays, as it's essential to enjoy the service.
Thank you again, it was DELICIOUS. We'll be back!!!

Great brunch. I had the grilled bacon brunch with a flat white: the coffee was very good, the pancakes were nice and fluffy, and the bacon and eggs were perfectly cooked. No complaints whatsoever, everything was great (and generous portions). Bonus points for the waiter who looks like Jérôme Commandeur.

My partner and I had the pleasure of discovering brunch at "Chez Axelle." The staff were very welcoming and friendly; even our dog 🐶 was greeted with great kindness and enjoyed a bowl of fresh water, which was very welcome in this hot weather.
The brunch was delicious and beautifully presented! And above all, the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, some even homemade! 🥰
I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Troyes 🧡

Passing through the area for the night, the idea of brunch came to mind, and luckily, we found a spot on the same street as our Airbnb, "Chez Axelle." A very warm welcome, a cozy and inviting space. A delicious and incredibly fresh brunch. A great selection of teas and coffees. Fantastic staff. We highly recommend it!
