A break for tea, coffee, or fresh fruit/vegetable juice was definitely in order! I had the "bon teint" carrot, ginger, and apple juice: excellent. My friend had the "bon bon" – delicious. The cakes were generous and very tasty: carrot cake and crumble! Offering a carafe of water would have been a nice touch.

While passing through Besançon, we were looking for a restaurant serving fresh, local produce. We found this small, family-run establishment that offers high-quality dishes, bursting with flavor and served in generous portions. Their smoothies are original and delicious. Everything is fresh and homemade. Our experience truly lived up to our expectations. Reservations are recommended.

A great place for healthy, fresh, and homemade food. The menu is varied (savory tarts and several small salads to try), the dishes are full of flavor and well-proportioned. The smoothies are as delicious as they are energizing. Just the kind of place I love. Be sure to make a reservation, though, as there are only a few tables and it's very popular.
