A restaurant I absolutely recommend! Everything is delicious, fresh, refined, and generous. And the whole team is super friendly and efficient. Kudos to the kitchen team! The best profiteroles I've ever had!

Beautifully seated next to the castle, they have 1 beer from the local Ale is an Art brewery that I personally love, we had the fish and the butcher cut of the day and they where both great the mead was tender and the fish was nice and buttery, reservation is needed but this was worth it in my opinion 👍🏼

A truly wonderful place! We arrived at 2:15 pm and the menu was more extensive (as expected), but what was left was excellent, homemade, with a special mention for the pan-fried apricots with almonds and a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream – absolutely delicious! Well done, and long live Bruno!

We had a delicious set menu; as a large group with children, we were well taken care of. Super service, delicious food! And a children's plate with fries could be made for the kids. The dessert with vanilla rice caramel and hazelnuts was fantastic! Highly recommended!

A great choice, especially considering the restaurant is located right next to one of Amboise’s main tourist attractions. Despite being very busy, the service was professional, efficient and surprisingly quick. We only waited about 3–5 minutes for a table, which was no problem at all. In fact, the short wait was quite enjoyable, as we had the chance to chat with people from several different countries in the queue. The food was excellent. The menu is short, but varied enough to offer something for everyone. We also had wonderful wine, and the atmosphere was warm and authentic. For me and my family, visiting from Poland, Chez Bruno was an excellent choice. Given its location, it could easily have been a typical tourist trap — but it definitely isn’t. And perhaps the best proof of all: even my teenage son ate the French onion soup and enjoyed it. Amazing! Highly recommended.

Honestly, a superb restaurant. Thank you Bruno and the entire team for the precise and delicious cuisine, and thank you Louna in the dining room. We were delighted with this lovely dinner, a true testament to fine French cuisine. We highly recommend it.
