A superb meal for two! The cuisine was expertly prepared, with high-quality dishes made from fresh ingredients and served promptly despite the restaurant's popularity.
The service was quick, polite, and attentive, even though tables were immediately refilled as soon as we vacated them. And every table was occupied.
The atmosphere was pleasantly relaxed. The terrace wasn't too noisy, although the proximity of the terrace could have been a factor. There was a wonderful synergy between the kitchen and the dining room. And the view of the castle was the icing on the cake.

Very friendly and welcoming service, interesting menu, excellent dishes, and good bread. I particularly enjoyed the ceviche. Lovely terrace right in front of the castle.

For that price, one would have expected a more elaborate beef tartare. It was just a classic beef tartare for €25, that's all.

Excellent recommendations from our host. The veal kidneys were superb. The gratin was a little too dry for my taste. My husband had a very tasty steak tartare. The desserts were fantastic. The praline soufflé was divine. In short, a visit to Bruno's was a real find!

Passing through the region to visit castles, we ate in a very pleasant setting. The staff was very attentive. Excellent value for money. You can't be perfect everywhere, so 4 stars for the noise level in the dining room.
I recommend it.

For my last evening in the area, I went to this restaurant in Amboise and had a truly wonderful meal.
I ordered tender beef cheek with dauphine potatoes au gratin and a glass of delicate, fruity red wine.
Everything was excellent; I ate very well.
Thank you for ending my trip on such a high note.

A memorable gastronomic experience this lunchtime at Chez Bruno in Amboise!
From the very first bite, the tone was set: the foie gras and snails were simply succulent, prepared with exquisite finesse. For the main course, the ribeye steak was magnificent, tender and flavorful, as was the perfectly seasoned beef tartare.
We finished on a high note with a smooth crème brûlée, a refreshingly exotic vacherin, and a generous profiterole.
Beyond the food, the service from the team was exemplary: warm, friendly, and highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its ingredients and the welcoming atmosphere. Thank you again!
