A great restaurant, where the food is good and where the owner is just great, welcoming and kind to his customers, professional. Go there, it's worth the detour, superb pizzas made in a wood-fired oven and a magnificent setting. Thanks to the manager. I would say the best pizza in Auxerre without any hesitation. A true neighborhood pizzeria with a very professional owner, at your service, unobtrusive yet attentive; very good toppings on a thin-crust pizza, very digestible, and inexpensive. It's so good to still find restaurants of this quality with this kind of service and reasonable prices. Thank you, sir.

Passing through Auxerre on our way back from vacation, we had a wonderful time tonight at Chez Carlotta. The owner welcomed my wife, my 4-month-old daughter in a stroller, and me just as he was about to finish his shift. The pizzas are excellent and inexpensive. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it!
