Lovely, charming place for breakfast and lunch. Such kind owners, I've been here for years. May this florist and his owners be glad I've returned several times! Lovely baguette and quiche. Try one with onions.

Everything is incredibly good! Christine's platter with fresh ingredients is delicious. And what can I say about the pastries, especially the house specialties: the Louis Philippe and the Galette Provençale. They should be in every bakery in France! Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.

Without realizing it, we stopped at Christine and her husband's place for lunch, and it was... simply perfect. The setting, the service, the friendliness, the quality of the meal—everything was just right. A true haven of peace after the climb up to Saignon. Thank you again!

A delicious place with an authentic flavor in the beautiful setting of Saignon's center. Breakfast with well-made pastries at the adjacent outdoor tables, prompt and friendly service. A break we loved!

A charming little spot, shaded and sheltered from the hustle and bustle. Christine prepares her homemade dishes and serves you with a smile. She takes note of your preferences and adjusts your salad accordingly. For your trip, you can purchase pastries in the shop and/or enjoy an ice cream to go...

Le bistrot du Coing

23/09/2026: This was easily the most satisfying meal we had as tourists in France. The service was genuinely warm and welcoming, and every dish felt thoughtful, beautifully presented, and very well balanced. What impressed us even more was that the portions were generous as well — something you don’t always expect from food this refined. The quality of the food, the attention to detail, and the overall experience were exceptional. A wonderful discovery and absolutely worth visiting. 太好吃了😭🥹
22/09/2026: Amazing food and amazing service. Enjoyed our dinner 100% and will come back again.

Le comptoir de balthazar

18/07/2026: The reviews that led to such a high rating are no longer valid. The owners have moved on to another restaurant; this one is for sale. The menu is very limited (I've attached it), with very few dishes or desserts. It's basic and therefore a bit expensive for what it is.
07/05/2026: Very good Excellent welcome 👍👍👍
