We happened to be driving by and spontaneously stopped for dinner after reading such positive reviews. And rightly so! We were so impressed with the food, the friendliness, and the service that we would come back in a heartbeat. It wasn't just delicious; it was a feast for the eyes as well. Excellent!

On the road from Apt towards La Bégude, just before the old Saignon train station, we made a remarkable discovery at "Le Bistrot du Coing." This establishment is run by an exceptional and harmonious couple: Jeff, a truly outstanding chef, and his wife, who provides impeccable service, characterized by warmth and attentiveness. The cuisine is distinguished by its refinement, exquisite flavors, and beautifully presented dishes. Every course is a true delight from start to finish. It is undoubtedly a must-visit in the Luberon, and I highly recommend it.
