The reviews that led to such a high rating are no longer valid. The owners have moved on to another restaurant; this one is for sale. The menu is very limited (I've attached it), with very few dishes or desserts. It's basic and therefore a bit expensive for what it is.

07/03/2026: I can only comment on the cake, which was absolutely fantastic. Both the lemon tart and the chocolate cake were a delight. The prices are a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended, also great for takeaway and then enjoying it against the stunning backdrop of the village center.
10/11/2025: The pastries are superb! There's nothing better within a 100km radius. It's worth the trip just to taste them. You can see the perfect mastery of Provençal traditions. And what's more, the hilltop village of Saignon offers a splendid view.

We were so impressed with the food, the friendliness, and the service that we would come back in a heartbeat. It wasn't just delicious; it was a feast for the eyes as well. Excellent!
