Excellent products and a pleasant welcome, this restaurant is one of our favorites in Gerardmer.

A delicious, generously topped burger that I struggled to finish, and homemade fries. I thoroughly enjoyed my Vosges burger. The children loved theirs too. The ice cream sundaes for dessert were very good. I recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A treat for all burger lovers! If you're looking for a place where the burger is elevated to an art form, look no further: Le Bistrot Burger is a hidden gem. The quality is undeniable: The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the burgers are simply excellent. You can taste the passion in every bite. The major plus: A special mention for their adaptability! You can request a gluten-free bun, which is quite rare and worth highlighting. And the best part? It's just as delicious as the regular bun. The atmosphere: The setting is warm and welcoming, and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend it!

We asked if whipped cream was included in the children's menu. We were told that whipped cream was included, as well as fruit coulis. The children were thrilled, even saying it was the best restaurant in the world, but when we left, we were charged extra for whipped cream and fruit coulis—the exact opposite of what was advertised. The waiter admitted his mistake but offered no compensation for their error. As a result, a children's menu costing €15.90, or €31.80 for two children without drinks, was expensive. Adding an extra €6 for fruit coulis and whipped cream made it seem excessive. We used to go there every holiday, and I was left disappointed by the lack of apology. Our bill came to €100 for four people; I think whipped cream or fruit coulis could have been included. At the very least, an apology would have been appreciated. Yet the children still think it's the best restaurant.

We loved the atmosphere and the decor. The burgers are absolutely delicious. Lots of choices. And the service is truly 5-star. A pleasant experience at an affordable price.

We went to the burger bistro for lunch and received a very warm welcome. We were a little disappointed with our hamburger; it wasn't very hot and the quality was so-so. The burgers aren't worth the price.
