Great finding in Toulouse, serving local specialties like the famed cassoulet. The ambiance is classic chic and service attentive. They have a good wine list with focus on the local appellations. The quality of the food is the main attraction here though.

The restaurant did not live up to our expectations, the cassoulet was tasteless, the waiter made the wrong orders many times and the presentation of the dishes was not exceptional.

Goose liver and cassoulet were perfect, desserts disappointed, colored sugar bread looked pretty but tasted only of sugar. The olives were bad, they only tasted salty. At least one waiter relies on work and then service will be accordingly. Very expensive wine and it was too hot. Can be recommended when it's quieter, and if you like paying a lot for the wine.

Nous avons déjeuné a trois a midi en semaine. Réservation conseillée. Déjeuner à l'étage dans une salle plus calme que la terrasse et bien climatisée. Le cassoulet et le magret étaient très bons. Idem pour la Pavlova et la vergeoise champenoise. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car le service était certes très bien mais long (la rançon du succès). A refaire.

25/07/2024: We came to eat on Tuesday lunchtime. The Service is great, the waitress is exceptionally kind, it’s rare to see that. The food is very good, homemade. We will come back with pleasure. Terrace, nice. We recommend this place.

22/09/2024: Nice concept of the "table d'hote" in the heart of Toulouse. The staff is welcoming and always at the customer's service. Good quality of food with a good wine list (especially red). Average quality/price ratio.
18/09/2024: Very nice experience, meals like at home with fresh, quality products. Special mention to the more than tender leg of lamb.
