Truly good food, staff knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. ambiance, venue perfect. I travelled 1600 miles (round trip) after seeing this venue on youtube, it was worth every bite. We had a fantastic weekend in toulouse and this restaurant made it more unique with a in house smoked salmon, traditional cassoulet and a soufflé with grand marnier. Booking in advance is recommended due to the quality of food and service.

EXCELLENT FRENCH KNOW-HOW. A must-see address in Toulouse. A preserved historic building. A perfectly orchestrated service. Perfect wine advice. Timeless dishes that you absolutely must discover. I think it's better to book. At the risk of not having the chance to eat the best cassoulet in the world. Bravo and thank you for this excellent experience.

Very friendly staff Excellent white wine at temperature Olives served as an aperitif accompaniment Cassoulet nicely presented, gratinated just right.... Melting meat delicious beans perfect seasoning I for my part chose a full-bodied and harmonious red wine to enhance my dish. Dessert also excellent, great presentation with very tasty blood orange ice cream accompanied by a crispy tuile And to finish, a coffee with subtle and strong aromas Conclusion, I recommend everyone to go there, go for it, it's definitely worth the detour.

Visiting Toulouse to see our military son in Toulouse. We had the menu with foie gras, cassoulet and pablova. It was excellent, I have never eaten a cassoulet so good😃😃😃and the rest just as delicious😋 😋 😋. The very friendly staff 🤗🤗 and the very pleasant restaurant. I highly recommend, go there with your eyes closed. The Bretons 😉

20/01/2024: We got there following a gift from friends. And what a nice surprise. The setting is very nice. The adorable waiter and the excellent food. Although the desserts a little shy compared to the leftovers. But we perfectly understand the numerous recommendations and “Gault Et Millau” style prices.
