Great place! Delicious and tasty traditional Chinese dishes, and very friendly and lovely service! A small, family-run restaurant that's well worth a visit; we'll be back!

At Tonton's, you'll get a shaved head and your aunt will get a fondling. All joking aside, the Chinese cuisine is excellent, refined and understated, with an emphasis on vegetables and spices. The service is excellent, and tea is unlimited. We go back regularly.

What a wonderful discovery in the 15th arrondissement! We had a delightful time enjoying delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The freshness of the vegetables was evident, especially in the plate of crisp broccoli and carrots. Every bite was a pure pleasure. The atmosphere is calm and authentic. We will gladly return to try the rest of the menu.

I ate at this restaurant today by chance and with some misgivings. It was like entering another dimension, and I was completely satisfied. Careful attention to detail, excellent food, and always balanced flavors. It was an experience worth repeating.

I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, enjoying excellent food and a pleasant conversation at the end of the meal about Chinese culture, and more specifically Manchu culture. I highly recommend it.

Thanks, Uncle! All the dishes are delicious, made fresh to order. Different and extremely tasty flavors. It feels just like home.

Unfortunately, my fiancé and I were rather disappointed with this experience. We ordered the specialties: the "Tonton Boeuf" (a cold dish) and the assortment of ravioli (5 vegetarian and 5 pork) as well as pork strips. Our first impression: everything is overpriced. €19 for the ravioli when 10 vegetarian ravioli are €16 and 10 pork ravioli are €19… there's already a problem with the math; we would have been better off ordering 10 pork ravioli, or none at all, because the taste was disappointing: very bland. Then the "Tonton Boeuf" at almost €22 and the pork strips at €18 left us wanting more: the portions were (very) small. So we added two bowls of rice, which were also charged at a premium: €6 for rice in total. The total bill came to €64.50! For stomachs that were still quite empty, that's a very expensive meal for two. Furthermore, it wasn't the restaurant owners' fault, but there was a large, very noisy table that spoiled our experience: we couldn't hear ourselves speak. In short, we won't be back. We are nonetheless aware that the food is entirely homemade with good quality ingredients, hence our 3/5 rating.
